Teacher requirement for online assignment answers
Teachers are able to create online assignments for students to complete. When setting up the online assignment and creating questions - teachers are not forced to enter answers for the questions.
If the assignment is set to auto grade, students will get the question that didn't have a selected answer marked as incorrect - no matter what they choose as an answer.
We need to have a safeguard in place forcing teachers to enter an answer for all questions on an online assignment.

Happy to report that this request has been completed under PR 4015814 and posted on 4/18/19 with the February Addendum 06 release.

I would consider this a defect and not necessarily a product idea.
