auto emails for seclusion/restraint status
I'd like seclusion and restraint status to be built into the auto email system. Reporting has become much more comprehensive, and we see merit in being able to set up an auto alert that could be sent to key stakeholders anytime a building level discipline officer entered any seclusion/restraint data.

I understand the tracking purposes for sure. You do always have the option to write a Data Mining Report to extract this data. If you add the Date of the Offense, etc., you will have the option on the Data Mining Range screen to set the Date field to a Variable...so your Variable might be Today - 0 Days which would always be the current date the report is generated, or you could simply leave the ranges wide open to always see the number of Restraint or Seclusion records. This report can be set up as a scheduled task to be emailed to you or other stakeholders daily, weekly, etc.
