    We have limited number of types and reasons. We use the comment field for the comments parents share as an extension to reasons.

    More security limits under WS\ST\TB\GE\TB\PR\PR would be very helpful. On the Profile screen, changes made to General Information and Grade Information may need to be updated on WISEid and/or Ed-Fi so we don’t want building secretaries making changes to these areas. We do want them to be able to make changes to Distribute Student Demographic Information as they frequently get requests from parents for help. If they have to send requests to get this updated, it can take days/weeks. Parents and staff would like this to be more efficient. This area is diversely used by districts so greater security levels are needed.

    For consistency, we list the father figure first in the Family, so it is critical that notices are sent to both members of the household.

    An additional email per guardian would be helpful when parents ask to have their home and work email listed. During Covid we have had parents ask for grandma's or their student's email to also be listed with theirs so another email option per guardian would be most helpful.
