Have an FAQ for Parents section that takes them through all of the things Skyward can do:
Look up grades
Pay on line
Look up attendance/report absence
Look up teachers/student schedule
Etc.

This information would be district defined based on configuration. To assist with this in your district, resources do exist in our Family Access Toolkit (see: skyward.com/parents).
Many districts have had success linking to the Toolkit from their websites and in timely parent-facing communication (e.g. as parent-teacher conferences are approaching, send a message with a link to the tutorial video on how to sign up for a conference). Other approaches I’ve seen include a link to the Toolkit from the district’s main Skyward login page or embedding the videos directly on to school and district websites.
