Report with Student Photo

There is currently no report to run that includes student name and photo. There is one that runs it as a page per student but even then it doesn't print the photo.
The report is helpful for principals to have a list of students in a set format.

Hello everyone! PR 3192582 was completed and shipped with Addendum 7 of the October release. A new Class Seating Chart report has been added to Current Scheduling Reports. When setting up the template, you have the option to include student pictures.

    Is this supposed to be located in Office/Current Scheduling/Reports/Class Roster Report? I can't seem to find the option to print the image.

    There is now a report that allows printing class rosters with photos from the Office/Current Scheduling menu rather than having to be in teacher gradebook. However, I occasionally have need for photos for a group that is not based on a class roster and currently have no way to to this other than to copy and paste from individual student profiles.

    Can existing reports be modified to select individual students rather than individual classs?

    You may also choose to print a photo on a Demographic Quick Print Report (on General Profile Tab). You would need to 'clone' the Skyward-provided template to be able to choose this option although.

    The Student Information Report actually prints the photo (it's an option that the user can select). It can be found under Students/Students/Reports/Student Information
