Good afternoon.
I have been working with my programmer on this issue. He has gone into the code and this is how the code is set up:
If an existing Family Access login has Allow Family Access still checked they should be able to log on directly to NSOE (don’t need a new separate NSOE account) if they know their login/password. The login area just needs to be set to Enrollment Access.
If you want to mass change that status there is a utility to mass remove Family Access to guardians without Active Students. It can be found at this menu path from the 000 entity: WS\FA\FM\PS\UT\WA
If you uncheck/remove the Allow Family Access, so that they can request a new NSOE account, that will be a separate account. The registrar will need to match them to the existing guardian in the system if they want to use that guardian…

Thank you for submitting the product idea!
1. Just for clarification, whenever a user makes an edit to a timesheet note, you would want the approvers to get an email notification?
a. With this, would this only be if they edited after submission of the timesheet?
2. The 2nd portion you are looking for a similar widget to the time off approvals widget?
Thank you for your additional input, the idea will remain open for continued voting by the Skyward community.

This option does currently exist within the Business Suite.
The option can be located through Web Human Resources > Employee > Setup > Configurations > Employee Configurations.
You can then select Custom Forms and there will be the option "Display Custom Forms in Employee Profile as:" Select the option "A browse" and save.
You will then see the Active/Inactive tabs as you are expecting.
Thank you!

The views within this browse have the Family 1 Address column on it. You may have to scroll to the right to see it initially, however the view could be updated to make the column display more prominently.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Matthews commentedThis would be a good option in “Discipline Entity Setup” where districts could select which fields to make required per entity.

This screen has a Save and Add Another button on it, with that button you can use the key combination of ALT + A to save the current entered curriculum code and reopen the screen for a new code to be added.

After some review, we have determined what we believe is causing Message Center email queues to error out due to attachment file sizes.
This is due to a user attaching more than one file to their email within Message Center with a total combined file size exceeding the allowed maximum for the district’s email client.
To help prevent this from happening, we will add the ability to set a maximum size limit for all attachments (“Total size limit for all Message Center Attachments for a given message”). This configuration will be located in the Maximum Attachment Size setup area (PS\SA\DM\DS).
Thanks!
An error occurred while saving the comment James Matthews commentedThe attachment size for admin center messages really needs to be separate from the Maximum Attachment size for the entire database. We would like to leave the overall Max attachment size at 20mb to allow for student records, court documents, test scores… However, we want to set the max attachment size for admin center messages to 2mb to prevent issues with the email queue.

An error occurred while saving the comment James Matthews commentedCurrently if you use the "web login" button from the family access account in security it will take you to a screen that says "This user does not have access to Family/Student Access." however if you login with the username/pass it will auto redirect to NSOE. We need the super user to function the same as the login.

If we allow accounts to be created without email addresses, we will have accounts without the ability to self-password reset, trading this issue for another, probably much larger issue.
