Merge fields in the letter only have Corrected and Uncorrected Right and Left eyes and is pulling the Far vision results. For the state of PA we need to specify the Near vision and Far vision fields for each eye corrected and uncorrectd and label and report them all. Need the Near vision fields added to the letter.

Expected outcome is to have merge fields for PA districts for both Near Corrected Right and Left eye and Near Uncorrected Right and Left eye as well as the existing Far Corrected Right and Left eye and Far Uncorrected Right and Left eye available in the letters. Labels on the merge fields need to specify Left and Right eye.
