hen students change key items in Skyward name birthdate sex you must upload the students to the PIMS PA Secure ID web site with the changes. Now to accomplish this you need to key in all this information which can lead to mistakes. If you have a large number of students (which on occasion we do) this becomes time consuming when you have to 'assign' the ID on the PA side and resolve miss matches. Enable a selection of specific students that have PA ID's to upload to the state website for the corrections of the data. Including the PA ID will let you upload and resolve problems easier. It is not necessary to download as the data would only need uploaded.
