Secured User History Report
It would be helpful to have a secured user detailed history report. We have internal audits and at times are questioned by state auditors for this information. A report that can be ran by secured user and for a date range that displays detailed history accessed by that user or an option to select user defined fields of access.

Assign security access based off student type.
Allow access to the student tab but only have access to SPED students. We do not want users to edit the student type under ranges. For example, SPED Guidance Counselor needs access to SPED students only, not all students.

Parent Login added as Merge Field
It would be helpful if the parent login was a merge field within data mining's Mail Merge.

MFA via Email or Text
Just putting in a request to have MFA over email or text built into the system.
Email especially would help us get MFA set up for staff members who prefer to not use their personal cell phone for work. Not many of our staff members use an app for MFA already so this would help us meet those staff members where they are.
Thanks!

Split "Honor Entity Security For Grading" configuration into 2 separate configurations
We'd like to have the "Honor Entity Security for Grading" configuration option split into 2 options. One would allow "forward viewing" of grades by entity (something we'd like to disable). The other option would allow "backward viewing" of grades by entity (something we'd like to continue to leave enabled).

Mass change Web access based on grade level
It would be helpful to be able to add/remove Web Access for students based on a grade level. We do not want our 4k-1 grade student to have Web Access on but would need to turn on Web access for 2nd grade.

Support SAML group claims for security groups
We implemented LDAP group syncing for security groups which worked well for us for as we transitioned to SAML authentication to support passwordless logins and multi-factor authentication it does not function correctly. We need to the user to login via LDAP to update their groups or manual expand the groups for SAML users to update their LDAP group memberships.
I think long term it would be better to support SAML claims which can be used to replace LDAP group syncing and to dynamically populate security groups. This can be a 1:1 mapping or provide an option similar to LDAP groups…
