Need to able to view and update Student Wellness screening in EA+
We need an EA+ (mobile and web) view of screener results that updates/refreshes live - a list of kids in 1st period and their screener results. We need to be able to stop students immediately as they walk in the classroom door if the screener result is fail or blank. This preventative measure can't be done at the building level - it will be done at the classroom level by their first teacher of the day. We are picturing something similar to the Post Daily Attendance screen but with a date, list of kids, and results.

It would be helpful to be able to setup automated emails that notify a particular staff member(s) when a failed Wellness Screening response is submitted, rather than always needing to login to Skyward and check the report.

Medication Expiration Dates in Data Mining or Medication Reports

There is no way to run a medication report for the Expiration Date Field on Track Medication Inventory. Please add the Expiration Date Field to Data Mining. This will help nurses keep track of expiration dates, even when the Family Access Automated Email is not enabled.It would also be helpful to add the Expiration Field to Medication Reports so you can set up a report and task to help you keep track. EMP - EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN Treatment Form
Hello:
Our District nurses have been reviewing IHPs in our database and they would like the ability to "streamline" medical steps necessary for treatment based on a student's health condition. Essentially they would like to have an Emergency Action Plan (EMP) Tab added, ideally, under the Emergency Tab in Skyward. This EMP would give specific straight forward steps for treating a student's medical condition. This would be a condensed straight forward approach for all staff member for treatment of a medical condition without having to read a lengthy technical IHP (Individual Health Plan). Include photo on medication administration screen
I would like to suggest the feature of always displaying the student photo (not via a click or a hover, but always visible) on the window for medication administration. This would add another layer of certainty that the nurse is verifying that they have the correct student before administering any medication.

Other Name Field Added to the Medical Areas
All medical input fields should contain the Other Name field. Example, Student > Student Profile you can customize the line to add "Other Name" field. On the Office > Health records > Student Profile and "Other Name" field is not available on the customize line. Add to medical fields: Health Office Visit, Entry by Date, Office Visit add, etc. any input screen a nurse would work in so they can see the students' other name when working in the file. Other Name field should be close to or under the field of student name.

Security to allow user to Administer Medications without being able to Add additional medications
Our school nurses enter the medication in the Medication tab, but trained clerical and paras may administer the medication. Currently I cannot set security to allow a user to administer medication without allowing them access to add additional medication. We would like the ability to set security so only nurses can add, while trained users can administer.

Increase the Font size on the Vaccination Report for faxes
The font on the Vaccination Report needs to be larger so it is legible when faxed to other schools. Now it cannot be read in a fax because the font is too small. If necessary to accommodate a larger font, it can be made landscape instead of portrait.

Health Restrictions Tab
Under Office- Health Records- Student Profile
A tab to the left for RESTRICTIONS that will end up on the All Health List.
Would need to be able to enter a date, a restriction (No PE, walking only, etc) and also a Release to all activities....it would be great if the Restriction and Release to activities would pop up on the All Health list for a quick look as to if a student is or is not released or restricted.

Ability to import Sports Physical field
We were able to import in a list of students who had physicals but we had to go into each record manually and click the Sports Physical box. This field was not available for import through Skybuild. Please add this field so that it can be imported or at the very least a utility that can mass update via a processing list.

My Students with Health Plans
Teachers have the wonderful shortcuts to My Students with Disabilities and My Section 504 Students. Health plans are just important for safety reasons, so it'd be great if there were a My Students with Health Plans so teachers can easily see who those students are and quickly get to the plans.
