Interactive Scheduling Board Export
It would be super helpful if I didn't have to choose my options every time that I want to export my interactive scheduling board to excel. We use this for our master and I have to go in and click the same things every single time. It's very frustrating and time consuming.

Interactive Scheduling Board Updates
Option to change section name in interactive scheduling board when right clicking on the section chip and selecting "View/Update Class Details".
When hovering over the section chip, add student counts.

In Future Scheduling, Request Processing to allow Multiple Course Requests of the Same Course
We have students who take multiple courses of the same course in a year. For example, Advanced Ag Mechanics, Developmental Instruction, Online College, etc. When building their schedule, it would be great if it allowed you to request the class more than once. Since it doesn't you do get the desired accuracy out of Auto Scheduler.

Course Requests Configuration by Grade Level
In the Course Request Configuration in Student Access, we can choose the option to Use Course Request Time Periods to Determine if a Window is Open, and set up the time period by Grade Level. This option is helpful, but we need to also Limit the Number of Requested Credits by grade level. Sometimes the request windows can overlap.

Enable Future Schedules in EA+
Students can see future schedules but teachers can't except via a printed report. Please give teachers the same future schedule view (for "next" year) in EA+.

Students Current Scheduling - allow filtering of dropped courses
Include a "dropped" field in the actual List View so that Dropped Courses can be Filtered out. Will make it much cleaner for counselors to view and at the same time easier to match with Student Fees. I realize they are color coded, but it still junks up the schedule.

setting to always drop and never delete courses
Could there be a setting to restrict end users to always drop and never delete a course when changing a students schedule? Deleting a course rather than dropping it causes problems in several of our outside programs and it still happens even though we have tried to educate people to always drop and never delete.

Could the class period be seen on the section details? You always have to do all the drop downs to find the right period.
Could the period be visible on the section detail? A pain to always have to drop down each section. WS/OF/CS/BC/CM/CM

Partial Schedule Report
It would be helpful if the Students with Partial Schedules Report printed with Student Key or Other ID or linked up to a processing list option. This would allow the ability to send a direct message to students and parents and open the Arena Scheduling window back up once holes were identified during the future scheduling time frame.

Teacher Scheduling Report
It would be great if the Teacher Schedules Report (WS/OF/FS/RE/TS) would print the teacher type on the report. Is the Teacher an Alternate or a Primary on the section meet. Also, it would be great if the report template allowed you to select which teacher type to include Primary , Alternate or Both. For example, you may only want to print the report to view courses where the teacher is set as the primary teacher but not include the Alternates.

Utility to mass delete course sections that have meets but no students assigned to the section.
We have had two different scenarios that we needed to mass delete sections from the section master. It is very time consuming to have to delete each individual section one at a time.

It would be helpful to have a pre-defined field of "effective date" added to the automated e-mails generated when a student drops or adds a course. It is sent on the date entered and that is not always the same as the effective date.

Student pictures included in Office class roster report
The teacher class roster report offers the option to include student pictures. It'd be great if this were also an option in the Office class roster report.

Add the Arena Schedule Type to Data Mining and Skybuild
Please add to Data Mining and Skybuild the Arena Scheduling Type code field (see screenshot) from the Student CY Scheduling > Office / Current Schedule / Student Schedule Generation / Entry by Student, which is displayed on the very right side of the data line.

Different color screen for New Year scheduling

Ability to drop all classes for a student on the student Profile Schedule screen
In our elementary schools, we have many students who start with one teacher and have several classes assigned from that one teacher using a scheduling group. When that student changes teachers each class has to be dropped manually on the Current Scheduling area on the student profile. The ability to choose to drop all and enter one effective date would be great, or at least the same screen as when adding classes and entering effective dates for each class on one screen would work. Course Requests by Endorsement
It would be nice for students to be able to request courses for online registration based on Endorsements. Please add the ability to set up course wish groups for online course requests by Endorsement.

Add a checkbox that could be unchecked if the alternate teacher should not be reported on the DOE-CP.
We have to add staff as an alternate teacher on a class meet for various reasons: para responsible for taking attendance, substitute teachers who need access to digital resources, other staff members and/or teachers needing access to digital resources. When pulling data for the DOE-Certified Positions, all staff members who are added to the meet appear on the report. A checkbox that could be unchecked when the staff member or teacher should not be pulled on the CP would prevent them from appearing on the report and prevent all the "missing responsibility code" errors that appear on the DOE-CP report.…
