As we get ready for future scheduling, can you check with the Skyward rep to see if 2 features are available for us to use:

1. Student Constraints (Buddy Blocker) - is there a feature in Skyward that allows us to identify students that should not be placed together? Even further, is there a feature to indicate a soft block (admin recommendation as students are disruptive together in class) or a hard lock (must be seperated due to fights/restraining orders, etc). I see information about creating teams, but I am unsure how that would work at the high school where we don't have teams or houses. If this is the only feature to prevent students from being paired together, I would like further infromation on setting up the teams.

2. Is there a feature that allows us to lock certain classes/blocks? This is helpful as we build schedules and know that we can not move students from certain classes whether it be an intervention or a previous discussion with their team/admin/parent/student, etc.

The student constraint feature would be really helpful!
