What could we be doing better?

3 Year olds not in the PK Grad YEAR receiving Sped Services

Year for 3K students who receive services through Marathon County Special Education. They have now taken over the Birth to 3 services for the County.
As of now I put them in a PK grad year to upload WISE etc, then change back to a code I made (3K) This way I don't forget to do a status change for the following school year.

    We are getting more and more students falling into this category since Marathon County Special Education took over the Birth to 3 services for the county of Marathon.
