More Automated Email Options
Homeroom and Advisor changes should be on the scheduling or demographic changes for the student. Including it on the Enrollment changes isn't helpful at all because they aren't yet assigned to a homeroom when they are enrolled. So when a new student arrives, we have to go into Skyward to find their homeroom teacher or advisor.

Agree! When setting up the Automated Email, one of the choices in the drop down menu is to include <homeroom teacher>. But the email is sent before that field is even populated.
Is there a way to create a toggle or "send" option once all the data has been entered as part of the new student entry process? In reading all of the comments above, there are numerous fields that would be helpful for the daily communication since so many people/departments have a hand in processing a new student.
