Skybuild is not set up in this manner to repeat the field multiple times for each Fed Race that applies to the student, it is a stand alone single field that does not repeat. The Fed Race Description is a single field and does not repeat, so if a student has more than one Federal Race the description will appear as Multi-Racial.
