We set up a Back To School group of forms for parents to complete each year. Currently, we can only set up one person to get the email when someone completes all of the forms.
We would like to have an email go out per form. For example, the Health History form should go to the nurse, the Transportation Needs form should go to transportation, the Acceptable Internet Use form should go to the bookkeeper, etc.
