Capability to give teachers access in their gradebooks to Physicals tab in Student Profile
It would be extremely helpful if teachers could have the capability of having access to the Physicals tab in Student Profile from their gradebooks. This would be so coaches could have access to their scanned physicals. We know this is already an option for the Student Portfolio, but the problem is that we have scans in this area that they cannot legally see due to FERPA and HIPAA.

They actually need access to the Portfolio tab, where Attachments are housed. This is where all the needed information is stored. Thank you!!

This is ABSOLUTELY necessary! We need to give teachers the tools they need to be successful at their job - in doing so they need access to information in the Profile tab. We have already had an issue in our district with teachers viewing information on students that have moved up, even in a different entity, by giving them access to the Student Portfolio. It is absolutely a FERPA and HIPAA violation. PLEASE consider this!!!!
