track and view locker history
We've had a few incidents in which a student left (most recently by law enforcement) and the locker information was deleted. We needed to look up what locker the student had for investigative purposes but this information was not tracked. Sometimes the locker gets deleted when they withdraw and administrators need to look up the locker number to find something for the parent or find Chromebooks that were never turned in. I don't believe it would take much programming to keep a historical record of locker assignments. Most of Skyward seems to be setup that way but not the lockers. It has become an irritation for our administrators and police. When a locker is deleted create a historical record of that locker assignment for the student that personal may lookup at any time.
