Our attendance office runs various reports and tasks but only on school days. Please consider an option of being able to run scheduled tasks only on days that are scheduled days of school. When these tasks run on weekdays that do not have school they create unnecessary reports and in the case of automatically marking students absent like we do in Positive Attendance she needs to remove those absences so parents don't get phone calls for absences on days we don't have school.
