Add Transcript As Option for Student Family Access
The goal is to provide students with quick access to information regarding when and where transcripts have been sent. The intention of this RFE is to free the school counselors of the majority of student requests for this information and to provide the requested information to students as soon as the information is entered into Skyward. The negative impact is students making multiple trips to the counselors' offices to check on the status of their transcript requests. Add transcript as an entity configuration option for students and family.

The intention of this request is not to give students the ability to print their own transcripts, but to inform the student of which schools have been sent a transcript and the sent date.

If this option is approve, it should state UNOFFICIAL so schools will be contacted for an official transcript. This may remove the ability for students to w/d and enroll in another school without notifying the withdrawing school.
