Student missing assignments
We would like to be able to print a report that only shows assignments that are marked as missing in the gradebook. Currently the Student assignment report is printing any assignment that is past due that does not have a grade. This is very important to the efficiency of our staff as they work with students who have missing assignments.
Please add the ability for us to only print assignments that have been marked as missing in the gradebook so that our reporting to study hall teachers is accurate.

To confuse things even more, when teacher inputs a zero for an assignment - Skyward calls those "missing" grades. An input score of 0 is not missing.

This might help your district.
In our district we had an issue with teachers not getting grades in on time according to the assignment due date. This then made the assignment 'look' like it was missing. Confusing parents and students. We now require our teachers to mark the assignment as missing if the assignment is truly missing. Then on the missing assignment report if you check the option for Only Print Assignments that are Marked as Missing, you only get the true missing assignments.

This same issue confuses parents and students. Teachers create assignments with accurate due dates; however, grades cannot be processed and posted immediately. Skyward calls those "missing" grades, which miscommunicates a problem with the student's submission of work. Major issue at my school!
