We are using the Online Form Configuration (Family Accesss) in connection with NSOE. When students enroll for the current school year - there are additional custom forms we want them to complete. We are adding their names to a processing list so they can view them in Family Access. What we do not like is that the End Online Form date shows in the Family Access canned message and cannot be removed.

Please either remove this from the canned message or give us the option to show the End Online Form date or not.

This is what the parent sees in Family Access:
An Online Form is now available to fill out
"Enrollment Forms" is now available to fill out at XYZ Elementary School yet has not been completed for STUDENT It is due by 04-07-2017. ****WE DO NOT WANT THIS DATE TO APPEAR

We really want to use Skyward in every way that we can. We feel the actual NSOE enrollment can be too cumbersome if all custom forms need to be completed during the enrollment process. We felt by adding add'l forms to Family Access would get the enrollment process going sooner as not all the custom forms needed are contingent on the enrollment approval process. In this way a parent could communicate with the school if they had questions on the forms without holding up the actual enrollment.
