Change where transcripts sent to a free form text
To make the work easier for our school registrars. This transcript sent option is used anytime the transcript is sent even to another high school and not just colleges. So instead of the registrar searching for the school and/or creating a new code they could just type in where the transcript was sent
What we would want is to replace the school codes box and just make that a 40 (or whatever amount) character comment field with the date stamp still attached.

When I am sending out graduated senior transcripts at the end of the school year, I would not want to type for each student where I sent the transcripts we are a small school but that could still be 50-60 entries maybe a compromise by adding a free from option but keeping codes
