Teacher Access to see if a Student Fee Paid Online
As a district we are trying to move more and more of our fees to online payment. Our goal is to not have teachers collecting money within the classroom and storing the money in the classroom. The issue for the teachers is that they have no way of seeing which students have paid the fee online without having the school office generate a report for them. This is time consuming for the office and for the teacher. Some teachers require students to bring in the receipt of the payment from RevTrak in lieu of getting the information from the office.
Our district could live with one of two solutions to this situation.
For a class with a fee it would be great to have a column in the gradebook or attendance area of EA+ that can easily show whether or not a student fee has been payed or not.
The second option would be to create a report within EA+ that a teacher can run to see which students have paid the fee.
