Add Utility to Mass Add Entry Withdrawal Records
Students change grade levels throughout the school year at many at-risk campuses. Currently the process for entering a status change must be done on an individual student level. Adding a utility to withdraw as a status change and create a new entry from a processing list (or selecting individual students) would streamline this process.
The ability to complete a status change withdrawal and new entry record for all grade level advancements during the school year.

Yes! I have to manually move all of our summer school students from the high school entity to the summer school entity and the option to mass create Withdrawal records using a processing list would save me a few days' worth of work.

Suggest adding Range or Individual in the Mass Create Entry Records and Mass Create Withdrawal Records area in the same way that Mass Add Students to an Entity. We use our census entity for prospective 4K and K student, parochial, and open enrolled out students. It takes a lot of time to enter and withdraw individual students.

Our district uses the Calendar Change when students enroll in one or more courses in our VocEd school from one of our high schools. In the summer, the changes for this are in the thousands!!! This process takes multiple people over several weeks time. If we could create a processing list to use in the Mass Create of Student Entry/Withdrawal records, hundreds of hours would be saved!
