Need ability to hide obsolete codes
The Scheduling Team Codes table is not year specific. This makes it impossible to delete a code that was used in a previous school year but not used this year. SOmetimes a code table contains a status field. This helps in that inactive codes can be hidden and you are usually not allowed to select an inactive record.
The Scheduling Team codes table should either be made year specific or have a status field added to it. Only currently 'active' codes should be selectable.

This would solve a ton of issues at our district. We have changed team names various times throughout the years and the only way to remove the ones we are no longer using is to mass change the course master - at this point we would have to run the mass change utility 20 times per team to remove the teams.
making them year specific or giving the option to inactivate a code would fix this issue.
