Mass Assign Student Status in PA/NCLB tab

To be able to mass assign student status in PA/NCLB tab.
Our district has a detention center in its boundaries and we keep an entity with all of the students. We would like to mass assign all students to be court placed. This is now a new PIMS requirement.
