What could we be doing better?

Lease Expiration Date Field/Pop-up

Need a Lease Expiration Date field that can be reported on data mined with ranges and checked as renewed.
currently there is not a filed for entering in expiration dates and we need to be able to keep up with and gather this information from parents.
