Add a way to change/replace a planned curriculum
Often when working on a Career Plan you need to swap out one Curriculum for another. This would work similarly to the Change Section concept in scheduling where you could remove and add a planned curriculum in one workflow.

Great news, PR 3635389 has been completed! Career Plan Cards were updated to allow curriculum to be updated on Career Plan Cards that do not have an associated Student Class record. This project was released with June Addendum 10 (9/13/2018).
