Also, not as slick, you could log in as the person to delete their reports.

There is current a utility that works really well for cleaning up Data Mining Reports. Product Setup > Skyward Contact Access > Security > Product Setup > Utilities > Security Users Utilities > Data Mining Report Clean Up.
