Would like to see the "Description" field in the requisitions be much smaller
The "Description" field needs to be a smaller field since this is what prints on checks and in reports. With is being such a large field, staff enter many, many things in this field; they enter items that should be on the requisition lines, notes, etc. If the field were smaller I think it might deter them from writing a novel, and we wouldn't have to re-enter information in the correct fields.

Mass Process - Pay Records
PAC Mass Process - Clone/Add needs the additional option to create the pay records with an hourly rate. Creating just by daily rate does nothing for payment of extra duty assignments which are paid based on the employee normal hourly rate.

Report transfer
Need a utility/function that allows for the transfer of reports to a new owner. When an employee leaves they have hundreds of reports that need to be transferred to their replacement instead of having to clone each report individually. This transfer should process datamines from all areas (emplyee, budget, vendor, etc.).

Asset Source Expense Account search
When manually entering an asset, Skyward does not recognize the "5" as a a shortcut for the expense type in the Source Expense Account Allocation screen. An "E" has to be entered. When doing a lot of data entry this is inefficient. Please correct.

Asset Key Search
When searching for an Asset I currently need to enter all the zeros preceding the asset key. Please make it possible to enter just the actual asset key digit. Example my whole asset key is 0000000995 I have to key all the zeros rather than just 995.

Fixed Asset search
It would be nice to be able start typing in a description of the asset rather than having to know the asset key or tag number on the asset. Example if I am looking for a Dodge truck, it would be helpful to be able to type Dodge in the description field and have all assets that start with Dodge come up as a selection option

Ability to mass import documents to employee files
We use another program to evaluate our teachers and staff, the end product is a signed PDF that needs to be uploaded to the employee records. We can mass download the completed files with name and ID as file descriptors. What we need is the ability to import the files directly to the employee records without having to individually import each file.

Add options on a requisition for "credit card purchase", or "does not need to be submitted to vendor"
We would like the ability for staff to select whether they are making the purchase on a credit card, or if the purchase order does not need to be sent to the vendor. This would allow the business office to skip having to email the staff member to get these questions answered.

employee profile auto fill into employee management
It would be helpful if the Employee Profile fed into the Employee Management Module. When entering a new employee, it seems redundant to enter it again into the Employee Management section.

Employee Leave Tracking
We need a functionality within the system to track employee leaves (FMLA, child rearing, unpaid, intermittent, etc). This needs to be used as a communication system between multiple departments (the employees supervisor, technology, HR, payroll, etc).

KS WebIZ import
The opportunity to import Immunization information into Skyward from WebIZ. Currently nurses hand enter Immunization information and it takes hours, as well as provides an opportunity for error.
This would be especially helpful for our Foster Care students as often times, they receive multiples of the same immunizations due to lack of records by the parents and foster care system.
I know not all medical offices utilize the service but that would be on the nursing staff to pull reports to confirm if student data was imported or if they need to follow up with families. Any automation of this…

ACA employee category code mass process change request
When populating the employee categories for all employees, the field that indicates "Accepted Coverage" would be better as "Offered Coverage". The employee category codes include employees that are not eligible for benefits. Even if this field is indicated as "NO" it can be misconstrued that they were offered but did not accept when in fact they were not. The enrollment/waiver piece is under the 1095C screen so why would it be here too??? Does not make sense. Please re-visit this.

Update Addresess using USPS database
Clean, verify and standardize SKYWARD internal address table using approved USPS Postal Services address database. This would improve the formatting and the accuracy of both the mailing and primary addresses.

Current Value Report Sorting
Please add more sorting options for the Current value report. Such as the type code. It is very useful when reporting fixed assets to have them grouped by their type such as vehicles, or buildings. It would also be helpful if a description were added to the source expense account that reports.

Data mining reports need to have the option added to print all on one line. This will make it easier to manipulate the data in Excel.

Utility to Purge Applicants that have not activity for a set date range
We would like to be able to purge not only old applications but to purge Applicants that have become dormant. A utility to that allow any applicants that has not made any updates for a period of time to be purged. We currently have more than 30k applicants in our database. Trying to maintain this on an individual level does not seem effective.

Mass assigning the Employment Type & SOC Field, allowing datamining of these 2 fields
Allow mass assigning of the Employment Type and SOC field that was recently added. Also to be able to choose these in a Data Mine Report. Currently there is no way to see if anyone has been missed. This reports as a blank on the Unemployment tab and this would be helpful to see who was missed or didn't have a code.

Can we get 1080 resolution support. When i print PO's and do other things it open the document off of the screen.
