Create A/R invoices from Web
We would like to create A/R invoices from the Web, since not all of the people who create invoices have PaC on their desktop at our district.

Substitute Tracking pulling into payroll by account number and corresponding payroll runs
Our payroll system is setup with separate payroll run's for restricted fund accounting purposes. However, substitute tracking is not setup that way. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way for substitute tracking to be pulled into a specific payroll run or by account numbers. Currently the district is having to pull all of the substitute transactions into the largest payroll run, then manually delete that do not belong in that payroll run out of the system, process the payroll. Once that payroll run is complete, then the district has to manually re enter the deleted substitute transactions…

Reports staying out in Queue longer than two days.
It would be great if reports could stay out in print queue for more than just 2 days. A week would really be great. If out of office when an autogenerated report prints - it is gone if not saved prior to those two days.

Option to add attachments during new vendor set up process
Within new vendor set up, we would like the last screen of the set up to give the option (not required) of adding attachments (either 1 or multiple), that would then be attached/available under the ‘Attachments’ tab for that vendor. This will help during vendor entry so employees do not have to re-search the newly created vendor to add appropriate attachments, as most vendors have attachments at the initial set up.

rich content editor
The message center needs a huge improvement. Think about including rich text editor like MS Outlook or perhaps like MailChimp or MailerLite. Think about drag and drop editor, coding, and insert pictures instead of limiting to attach only. The current toolbar editor has no flexibility to create a nice layout for our parents and students when sending out messages to them.

Clone Button For Screener Groups - FastTrack
MCSD HR team would like to suggest the addition of a Clone button to the Screener Groups menu. There is currently only an Add, Edit, Delete, and Back. A clone button would make adding many at once more efficient for our HR users.

Employee Profile in the credit section. It would be nice to see a dollar amount for tuition reimbursement so we can data mine and track.
A extra field to add the tuition reimbursement amount to track and monitor if the employee owes us back if they leave and other uses.

Ability to have all reports to have all items for one record appear on one line instead of being stacked. See attached email for more explanation.

Add a column in BOTW for "run rate projection"
We need a column in budgeting that represents a "run rate projection" for the year. It answers the question, "If you continue spending at the year's current rate, this is the amount you are projected to spend by year-end." This column would take the monthly spending average and multiply it by 12 months to get the "run rate projection". This helps with end of year budget amendments and lets budget managers know how their spending is going.

Add an attachment button on the submit JE screen
Add a button that would allow document attachments when submitting a journal entry for approval. The only way we can currently attach documents is after we submit the journal entry for approval.

Scheduled Task for Create Accounts under DOE-399
Under Federal/State Reporting, DOE-399, you have to manually run create accounts for each project. A scheduled task similar to other areas of the system would be helpful to catch all new accounts added during the week. The task could be set and run once a week (after hours) to make sure each project listed n DOE-399 includes any and all accounts being used.

Set up the ability to email AR Invoices from Batch Status
I assume AR is not a huge component for most school customers but it matters a lot to service agencies. We are unable to use the AR component for billing efficiently because we can not bill invoices from batch status. If we move them to open status where we can then email them, the accounting is posted but we are required in KS to operate on a Cash Basis following the KS regulatory Basis of Accounting.

We would like to track vaccinations for employees. It would be great if employees could enter type and dates along with an upload of proof (vaccination card)

TRS ED RECORDS MASS CHANGE
It would be nice to have a mass change button for ED record dates. Kind of like the Employee type mass change. Sometimes the dates change and it would be so much easier to mass change than to do it one by one. Then the system would not create records for them.

Reformat Electronic Version of a Check in Employee Access
We would like to be able to reformat the electronic version of the check history/ Print check information you download on Employee Access to print out in a way that mirrors the paper check stubs that we print out for employees.

Creating a Full-Time/Part-Time checkbox
If we could add a full-time and part-time checkbox next to the "Faculty" checkbox on the personnel tab under the employee profile, this would help with reporting.

Allow all/any field to be used in Skybuild data export.
For example only a few of the many special programs data can not be exported. I am in need of exporting Foster Care Begin Sts and begin-End Date and it is not a selectable field

ACA Date Range on Report
When you are working in payroll in the "Payroll Worksheet" there is an option to do a report. This report is very useful, but it does not show the ACA Date Range that was used for that worksheet.
It would be extremely helpful for the report to include that information so you can detect issues with the ACA hours and you can verify that this information has been updated as you are checking the worksheet report.3 votes
