  1. Ability to have URL links in FastTrack benefits section

    I would like to be able to have an active link in the benefits maintenance screen in FastTrack/Position Processing/Codes/Benefits.

    This would enable applicants to see the benefit package for insurances,links to leave allocations, and/or employee handbooks.

  2. I-94

    For the enrollment and registration process, we need a way to gather the I-94 number from parents instead of creating another custom form. This question can be as simple as 'Do you or your student have an I-94' textbox or something close to that? It cannot be a mandatory field. Thanks!

  4. TRS Base Gross totals tie out to Check Register

    When working on the per pay period Gemini report to submit to TRS (Illinois)
    I click the Summary Report and checked it against the check register's Base Gross under the Retirement deductions.

    I'm usually off by the non-contributory earnings and the retiree earnings. These two types of pay are included in the earnings totals in the TRS Gemini Summary Report.
    I think the non-contributory earnings and retiree earnings should be listed separately!
    This would be helpful because we can then tie it back to the check register Base Gross!!!

    Currently there no way I can modify the TRS Gemini Summary…

  5. Money order number field-Cash Receipting

    Need the ability to add money order number, like check number We are receiving more and more money orders, as individuals no longer have checks. There is an option to select money order, but it does not allow the money order number to be added.

  6. Data Mine for Detail Item in an invoice

    It would be nice to be able to Data Mine for a Detail Line Item on an invoice rather just an account code. Example Carpet.
    Or be able to data mine for like a catalog item.

    Would be great if we could delete account groups that we do not/ have NEVER/ will NEVER use. Right now they all have a Z in front of their name - but I'd like to eliminate them altogether.

  10. Custom Standards-Based Report Card

    Custom Standards-Based Report Card We need to have the ability to display the students Add On Bonus GPA. We can add the Term GPA as a Skyward field but that is not accurate for our high flying students to display the bonis GPA.

    Custom report cards should allow to select custom fields.

  11. Import Account Numbers

    Import feature to upload a CSV file of new account numbers. This is allowed in the original/preliminary budget upload (to automatically add new accounts), but when we get new codes throughout the year, especially grants, we have to manually add each new account number.

  12. Fix for Certification Import Utility - Texas

    Is there a plan to fix the Certification Import Utility for Texas? If not, we would like a feature that allows us to keep any records that have the Scope Description of "Manually Entered". We are having to do a lot of tedious, manual edits to our file to prevent the data loss of these records. It would speed up our process and ensure the data is cleaner if we had the option to ignore manually entered certifications during imports.

  13. Vendor Report, $25,000+ in payments for Federal Grant tracking

    Could Skyward create a canned Vendor Report that would show all payments made to a vendor within a specific date range? All payments meaning, all checks, all ACH, all p-card payments. Federal fund guidance requires districts to keep additional documentation for vendors who receive $25,000 or more in federal funds annually, so being able to pull this report monthly, or quarterly would be helpful.

  14. Add Web-Style Employee Selection Parameters to Mass Change Pay Record Account Numbers Utility

    Even though the Mass Change Pay Record Account Numbers utility has been migrated to Web, the employee selection parameters mirror PaC-style selection, and do not offer any of the newer selection options (primary pay account code, assignment, etc.), nor can we utilize selection by Processing List.

    These newer selection methods are invaluable when trying to reconfigure the accounts within existing pay codes to mirror current primary pay account structure. We cannot mass delete/recreate pay codes due to potential loss of historical data, so the accounts need to be updated periodically, but as employees move around, so do the dimensions of…

  15. Supervisors Able to Delete Employees' Time Off Transactions

    Right now supervisors cannot delete their employees' time off transactions (or edit them until approved). Skyward customer access suggests the employee or supervisor to put in a negative transaction instead of editing/deleting the original. We don't want to do this - that's messy and it's difficult enough to get our staff to input leave transactions let alone enter a negative leave transaction.

  16. Allocated Leave Column

    Under Human Resources > Employee Profile > Time Off > Setup the allocation column shows the number of hours allocated the entire time that that employee has been in Skyward. It would be AWESOME if we could adjust this to be the beginning of the fiscal year.

  17. Check box to indicate that an employee is a rehired annuitant for Wisconsin WRS.

    I would love to have a check box somewhere that indicates an employee is a rehired annuitant for WRS. If it was able to be picked as a field in data mining it might eliminate the need for a separate spreadsheet for tracking rehired annuitants.

    We move our inactive staff to a building location named "Inactive Employees". It would be helpful to have a feature that would mass change the building locations and check locations.

  20. Ability to place term dates/reasons in Mass Deactivate Option

    Since the mass deactivate option was released, it allows a user to mass remove resigning employees from security groups. I'd like to see this have some more options. I'd also like to have the ability to add term dates and term reasons via the mass deactivate feature. This would be of a tremendous help when teachers all have a last day of 8/31, with the reason "resigned." It would allow us to save time as we would not have to touch every employee that has resigned. We could mass deactivate them in Employee Profile.
