  1. Disable the ability to delete time off/leave request after submitting.

    It would be helpful if there was an option that would keep employees from deleting their requests after they have submitted them, or give me a notice that they did delete it. If they submit and then delete, the system gives no notification that it was deleted. As the person who arranges subs for the district, this is not good because I have already received the notice they need a sub, but no notice they no longer need one, which will result in a sub showing up for work when not needed.   2. Provide the ability for users to elect to hide SSN when running the Accumulated Sick Leave & Vacation Report

    With this report being generated and possibly sent to employees with no need to see SSN, it would be great if could to hide SSN when running the Accumulated Sick Leave & Vacation Report. Similar functionality exists elsewhere in the software and it makes sense to add it here as well.

    Is there a way to be able to set up High Priority Days that would set a flag when an employee submits for the particular day. At the beginning of the year we would have to set these days to be flagged.

    In the time off approver settings, have a setting that allows you to select a primary approver for sick leave using the primary pay code.

  6. Employee Leave Tracking

    We need a functionality within the system to track employee leaves (FMLA, child rearing, unpaid, intermittent, etc). This needs to be used as a communication system between multiple departments (the employees supervisor, technology, HR, payroll, etc).

  7. Daily Maximums - Time Off in Buildings

    We currently have daily maximums for time off set for each building in Aesop, but this is currently not a feature in Employee Access. For example, only four employees can be absent for personal reasons from each building, each day. Right now, supervisors have to monitor this but things do slip through the cracks and it ends up being a bigger issue after the fact.

  8. Add filter option for Time Off Transactions Details screen.

    Add filter option for Time Off Transactions Details screen. When preference is set to use larger font, viewing Time Off transactions doesn't show allocated, used, and left without scrolling. The column widths should only be as wide as that column allows (group, code, date, etc.) or it should only extend to width of the largest entry.

  10. Edit time off hours

    I would like the ability to edit time off hours in True Time. For example, we have had employees who went home sick midday. They worked 5 of their 8 hours and then put in for 1/2 sick day which added an additional 4 hours. Per policy, employees using paid time off cannot be paid for more than their scheduled hours. With the current system, I have to change the time off request to 0 days, manually add the time off hours in True Time, then go back and change the time off request back to the correct increment after…

  12. Option to perform rollback prior to incrementing

    Rollback/move of balance overage is based on the years of service at the time of rollback/move. As currently configured employee is allowed to roll/move balances based on a higher experience value because years are incremented for an anniversary which may not occur for 8 months after the year-end process is performed. Employee rollback and move rules should be checked prior to incrementing years of service.

  13. Mass Reactivate/Deactivate Time Off Code Utility

    Currently there is no way to deactivate or reactivate a time off code. In the time off code set up I can select that a particular code cannot be seen in Employee Access. However I'd like to be able to mass deactivate a time off code that is no longer used. I would like to be able to reactivate a time off code that used to be used. For example we have used the time off code Protected Discretionary for a number of years for certified staff. However in negotiations they want it to be called Personal Leave. I want…

  14. Attaching a paycode to a time off entry

    We have employee's that work 2 positions in the District. They submit their time off to individual supervisors per the job the system automatically applies the Time Off to their primary pay code. We would like to be able to assign another pay code to a time off entry.   15. Link Employee Absences into Outlook Calendar

    Our District is interested in having the ability to incorporate the employee absences approved in EA to an Outlook Calendar. This would allow the Supervisors to import the approved absences into their Outlook calendar rather than re-typing the information in on a person by person basis. This would be extremely helpful to those in the Administrative Offices. It would be nice if the option was there to sync the Employee Time Off Calendars in EA with Calendars in Outlook.     Right now with time off an employee can request time off anytime in the past or future.
    1. Would it be possible to have a utility/setting that does not allow time off to be requested more than 30 days out??

    Thank you for submitting this idea. We’ve reviewed both requests. For 1 we are not considering it for development at this time. The idea will remain open for continued voting and commenting.

    For 2 we suggest you try this instead: On the Time Off Codes Maintenance screen (WH\TO\PS\CO\TO) there is a checkbox that says “In Employee Access, calculate available time off as of the date of the request.”

  17. rule added for rated leave processing

    need a way to add a rule to time off for rated leave so it will pull from oldest leave earned first in rated table. want the system when a used transaction for rated is entered it will take from the oldest leave earned first until all the balance is zero and then move to the next year on the person and role the zero balance rate line off the system as far as be able to be used.

  18. Adding cascading groups to time off limited access

    We need the ability to set up cascading groups for time off limited access for rated leave. So a Secretary adds a sick transaction to someone that is an administrator the system would pull from admin rated cap and last sick. Clerk would enter a sick transaction and the system would pull from the correct cascading group based on the rules from cascading rule.

  19. Limiting Time Off Requests to 1 per day

    It would be helpful if there was a configuration option to limit the requested number of Time Off transactions to 1 per day. There currently is an option to 'Prevent employees from requesting more than one day off with a single Time Off transaction' but no option to limit the number of requests to 1 per day. ie: Option to stop the entry of 1 sick day and then 1 authorized day on the same date/time.

  20. Ability to rename time off allotment codes.

    It would be helpful to be able to rename time off allotment codes. The description can be edited but the code itself can't be renamed. As groups change their time off agreements the allotment code can become less helpful when selecting. Creating new allotment codes isn't efficient because then it needs to be changed at the employee level and the list of codes is a mixture of current and outdated codes.

    A process similar to the renaming of pay codes deductions benefits and employee types would be great. The code is renamed everywhere it is used in the system. For…
