Attaching a paycode to a time off entry
We have employee's that work 2 positions in the District. They submit their time off to individual supervisors per the job the system automatically applies the Time Off to their primary pay code. We would like to be able to assign another pay code to a time off entry. Example Paraworks 6 hours a day Kids Safari: works 2 hour a day Employee submits a time off request for 6 hours to their para supervisor Employee submits a time off request for 2 hours to their kid safari supervisor Currently the system says all of the time of is the amount of their primary pay code. We want the time off to be able to be assigned to a different pay code.

Yes! This would be so helpful. Our district has the same issue. We can assign multiple supervisors on the Org chart for approval of time off and hours submitted through True Time, but all approved time off goes to the primary position. Since we can select the appropriate supervisor when they have more than one person approving hours worked and time off hours, could we also add the options of selecting which pay code to attach the time off to??
