What could we be doing better?

Employee Leave Tracking

We need a functionality within the system to track employee leaves (FMLA, child rearing, unpaid, intermittent, etc). This needs to be used as a communication system between multiple departments (the employees supervisor, technology, HR, payroll, etc).

    This would be great. We have tried using online forms and are now attempting a 3rd party online form program, but it would be much more efficient if Skyward was set up to handle it.
