    Would like to see an account code field added to the check stub. This would be very helpful to see on the check and eliminate the check voucher.

  2. We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon.

    We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon. Amazon must have changed something because each transaction now has its own version of an Amazon vendor. Last month I had to match-up 40 separate transactions to our Skyward Amazon vendor. My suggestion would be to give users the option to match the first 6 or 8 characters and have the vendor match not have to be an exact match for vendors that they choose.

  3. Add Description to Check Request screens

    Currently our Admin's are entering check requests and required to enter Budget or Internal as the first word of their description. We have two processors and their workload is based on Budget and Internal accounts. If the Admin forgets to enter budget/internal name they could be overlooked by a specific processor. Our Admin's have asked that the description be a filter field so they can see all their submitted check requests with the detail and description so they ensure they have entered budget/internal. Admin's will have one activity view to quickly scan and make sure the word budget/internal is listed.…

  4. Reocurring Invoices and purchse orders

    It would be nice on the reoccurring purchase orders is there was a mass update for the fiscal year. The way it is now you have to log into PAC and then you have to update each vendor separately with the new fiscal year.   5. Denial reason shown in email sent to originator

    If a check request is denied the denial reason is not shown in the email that is sent to the originator. This causes inefficiencies because then the person has to call the business office to find out why their check request was denied. Further confusion is caused by the fact that a Notes field is in the email that the employee receives it's just left blank. Therefore they don't think to go into Skyward to check if there is a denial reason because the field in the email is blank. It's currently confusing to people in our District because we…

  6. Check Stub Printing

    We would like to have the check stub for our checks print in 2 parts instead of having to print the check and then print a separate voucher (and in the case of SBAA they have to photo copy the checks because there isn't a voucher option). We purchased our checks from the Skyward recommended vendor Nelco and the checks come with a perforation in the stub to be able to print that way. We are wasting money and time by having to print vouchers and make photocopies. I'm surprised more districts haven't complained about this. This is an enhancement…

    Thank you for submitting this idea. Nelco is the authorized partner of compatible paper forms for the Skyward software. All W-2 and 1099 forms, checks, and school forms are guaranteed 100% compatible. Any issues with the check layout will need to be handled by Nelco as Skyward is unable to alter the format in anyway.

  7. Data Retention on Add

    After updating with addendum 3 and 4 the data retention on add is not working when it previously did. On invoice input the fiscal year will not stay what was previously entered. Data retention on add to function again.

  8. Credit Card vendor match

    Yesterday when doing the vendor match a few of the vendors looked very familiar but they weren't available when I looked further the vendors were inactive. Could inactive vendors at least show up to let you know that they are in the system? If I wouldn't have been here so long those names wouldn't have been familiar and may have added a new vendor.

  9. Need Ability to Add More Than 30 Detail Lines

    Users cannot add more than 30 detail lines in Detail Line Entry. They have to create 2 RQ's when spreading expenses across 35 schools using the same Invoice number with the suffix of a and b. Users should be able to click and Add More button and add an unlimited number of detail lines (or at lease well over 30).

  10. Auto Populate Due Date when Invoice Date Changes

    Currently users must first enter the Invoice Date and then the Vendor. After the Vendor is entered the Due Date updates. If the Vendor is chosen first then the Invoice Date the Invoice Due Date does not update to the Due Date per the terms on the Vendor Card. Users should be able to choose the Vendor then populate the Invoice Date and then the Due Date should auto update based on the Vendor Terms.

  11. Expense Reimbursement Verification per Fl Satute

    We have a couple of districts that is trying to setup to use Expense Reimbursement but they say according to Statute 112.061 requires that each traveler must certify the data on the form is correct. I can't find a way to be sure that this is included. This is the verbiage: Fl Statute 112.061 11.(b) (b) Voucher forms.—1. The Department of Financial Services shall furnish a uniform travel voucher form which shall be used by all state officers employees and authorized persons when submitting travel expense statements for approval and payment.   12. Batch # field to be 1-2 digits longer

    Nassau has requested a longer batch number field (at least 1-2 digits longer) Our runs are getting larger and we try to identify B1 APR30 I'd like to use B10 APR30 Right now we're identifying extra batches as B10APR30 So when researching batches (for auditors) there hasn't been total consistency.

  14. Verify funds pie graph for Check Request approvals

    Would like the ability to verify funds with a pie graph like the approval area of requisitions. Would be quicker to verify the funds within the approval screen rather than looking up the account in another screen to verify funds.

  15. Browse option on Card User's screen

    As a credit card user they don't have the "Description or Account number" available in the browse (as the approvers do). These 2 fields are imperative to have for some of our end users (secretaries that are responsible for reconciling several cards and various accounts numbers are being used). By having these 2 fields they could dump to excel which will help them extensively to be able to sort by account number or description to assign the correct account number (example if it's all "musical supplies" she knows all of them will have the same account number etc...).   17. Mass Clone AP Invoice Does Not Clone Check Type

    When doing a mass clone of an accounts payable invoice the check type comes through as Regular. The invoice entered that is being cloned is ACH. All invoices are payments to employees that are all set up on ACH. We would like the check type to populate correctly with ACH as a true clone of the original invoice rather than needing to edit each invoice. Thank you.

  18. email PO orgin for items marked as pending receipt

    To generate an email when the AP department puts an invoice in "pending receipt status". This would save them from having to send an email out separately to remind them or verify that they have received the items in question.

    Add a notification similar to those that are under "user preference" for requisitions. Or also it could be possible added under the FM Config where we can set up to have an email sent to the originator when a PO exceeds to the PO amount by a certain %.

  19. Quick Add option to invoice entry

    In the Invoice Detail Lines/Accounting a Quick Edit/Add option would save time for invoices with many codes.
    This would be similar to the JE option to have a quick add/edit

    We’d like to thank everyone who voted on this idea and took the time to either respond to requests for feedback or took the time for conversations over the phone.

    We’ve been researching this request and after many conversations decided not to pursue this enhancement. We would love to deliver a quick add option to AP Invoice and fully understand the benefits from the user’s perspective. However, the complexities involved with the various account allocation options significantly complicates our ability to provide a one-size-fits-all approach.
