Make 'notes' in the Vendor and Account Management areas reportable.
When using the 'notes' in both A/P and Account Management to notate an error, it would be nice to be able to see these notes when a report is printed. Make the 'notes' a data-mineable field. Using the 'notes' to "correct" an error in the description or adding to the description after something has been posted does no good if it can't be seen when the information is printed in a report....the information still looks incorrect or incomplete.

Ability to edit the description line once posted.
In auditing reports, an A/P entry may have been entered correctly with the correct account number, but the description may not have gotten changed from a prior entry and was missed when checking the entries before posting. It would be nice to be given access to just this area (the description) to be able to edit the descripton after the fact so that the entry would not have to be voided and re-entered to be fixed or to have to use a 'note' which does not show on the main screen or reports.

Offer Void Process in Middle of A Check Run WF\AP\PP\CR\CR
If you are doing a multiple check check run (20 checks as an example) & the last 3 (or any) jam or print wrong, you should have an option within the process to pick checks that need to be voided & reprinted with new check #'s. Not having to finalize the check run & then going to Quick Void.

COMMODITY CODES - YMA on requisitions & COMMODITY CODES on A/P invoices
We would like to use commodity codes but don't due to the YDA limitation. 90% of our purchase orders are YMA with many lines of detail on each requisition. Having to put an account code for every line item and selecting individual commodity codes per line item is very cumbersome. If one commodity code to could be assigned to a PO via the YMA process it would be helpful. Also, an option to add commodity codes in A/P would help when there is no PO associated with an invoice/payment. Then, we could run reports showing purchases and payments by commodity…

FMLA Tracking - Third Party TO import
FMLA tracking is more important that ever. FMLA tracking is tied to absence reasons which is perfect. The problem is that when using the third party import, you can only link to TO code and not TO code/Reason combo. This would be desirable.
The simple work-a-round would be to add the reason code on the edit form to add the reason on this step of the import process. This would require manual intervention, but much easier than currently we need to go to each employee and edited each day from the profile.

Thanks for the updates
I really appreciate the simple updates for the current school year: being able to organize students in the list by first or last name is so helpful when I'm doing online grading with Moodle or Google classroom and the scores automatically go into their spreadsheets by first name. So that has been really helpful. Another thing I really appreciate that you've done this year is adding the "all absent" button. Skyward Conservation Reports
Skyward Conservation Reports that are used to track data for the Illinois Department of Public Health, request;
Skyward’s Conservation Reports do not accurately populate. To make them accurate, I am requesting that the Observation List (under referral information) for both vision and hearing, be changed to allow multiple selections. Currently the Observation drop down will only allow only one category to be selected.
For example, if a student has multiple results (i.e. Myopia and Astigmatism) we can only select one option. This does not provide the information needed to run the report accurately, that is submitted to the state. If…

I want to run a report based on the Notes section in the Employee Profile
I add notes under the Notes button in the Employee Profile as there is nowhere else to put extra information and, within the notes, you have to choose a category. I would like to be able to run a report based on the category. Example: We put our employees 5-year, 10-year, etc. recognition in there under a category of Recognition but I can't find a way to pull a report based on the Recognition category so I can see who has been recognized in the past and should be again in the future. Inventory: option to add requisition approvers
We would like to be able to designate inventory requisition approvers based on the warehouse assignment and the individual warehouse items. We would like to be able to assign users individually as approvers for this functionality with the option to have multiple approvers. Ideal functionality is if this setting is chosen for an entire warehouse, requisitions for all items assigned to that warehouse will require an approval from the user(s) designated in the set up. Inventory: option to restrict access based on group
We would like a setting to restrict access to view and order certain items. We would like to be able to add users individually to the setting that would designate those ‘allowed’ access (so, anyone not added, would not have access). Our suggestion is for this restriction option to be available to both the warehouse set up and to the individual inventory items set up. Implement wildcard search capability
Implement a "wildcard" search feature when using Filters in Data Mining and basically throughout the entire system. I'd like to be able to find any Student Fees records with a Billing Description that "contains" the word "child" - upper/lower/mixed case.

Report that Shows Users or Groups Assigned to Initiate Task
A report is needed that shows task process, user and groups that have access to initiate task processes. In order to obtain this information you must go to each task and review the list of users/groups who can initiate the task.

Automated message when ACH DIRECT DEPOSIT information is changed
We implemented the "auto notify" feature to have our employees notified WHEN their banking information is changed (great option); HOWEVER, when our A/P person simply checks the box "use ACH for vendor AP payments" (which simply populates A/P with my payroll direct deposit info), this prompts the automated e-mail to go out to the employee and they panic, because they didn't make a change to their direct deposit. Is there a way to separate the financial side?? I think this is a defect if you think about it.... NO CHANGE IS BEING MADE. Thank you for your support of this…
