Adding a note option on a pay record
When paying for an Extra Duty it would be amazing to be able to put a note in for what the payment is for. I.E. Class Sponsor, Morning Bus Duty, Basketball Coach Stipend, etc. If Skyward could put this note option on the select screen through payroll, we could manually enter the information when paying out for these different stipends.

This note would help to prevent a school district from having to create multiple pay records for each different stipend or extra duty payment. Then employees or the employer can look up a check in history and see what payments are for, very easily!
