Payroll - Direct Deposit Entry
When staff enter in Routing Numbers and Banking information - This should ONLY be a numbers field and the system should error out if there is letters typed within this field.
Our bank will not accept bank accounts with letters listed within the account string.... Not sure if other Banks allow letters within their account string...?

Datamine in FastTrack - include the notes section in options to select to include with the status code when pulling data.
When data mining in FastTrack, we would like to have the option to include the status code notes when pulling our report. Currently you can hover over or open each app individually which is very time consuming. Add the option to select when setting up the data mine parameters.

Inventory Receiving Approval Chain
Have an approval chain for inventory items received to verify PO Units to Receive, PO Received Unit Cost, PO Received Total Cost agrees with Stock Received Units, Stock Received Unit Cost and Stock Total Cost and that the Stock Units per PO Unit Received are correct so there are no large quantities received in the hundreds, or thousands that are not correct and result in large cost to district by having to account for large amount of dollars not in inventory and/or having to write off.

Add Employee Access > Personal Information > Calendar widget
Add a widget for Employee Access > Personal Information > Calendar. This calendar if unique to the Employee. The widget should jump to the Personal Calendar for the employee when Calendar Options can be set. But the widget should then display for the 'current day' any entries the Employee has defined, such as My Employee's Time Off, as well as their Assignment Calendar information

True Time Edits
Currently True Time has widgets for Timesheets Waiting My Approval and Time Off Waiting My Approval. Could you add a widget for True Time Edits or Timesheets Edits Waiting My Approval. Employees can add an Edit Note, but Approvers have to go and find the requests rather than being notified. We would like an email notification to go to Approver when an Edit is requested and then also a widget so they can see Edit requests on their Home Page.

1. Just for clarification, whenever a user makes an edit to a timesheet note, you would want the approvers to get an email notification?
a. With this, would this only be if they edited after submission of the timesheet?
2. The 2nd portion you are looking for a similar widget to the time off approvals widget?

Remove Batch lock feature
What is the purpose of the "Batch lock"? Several of the secretaries gets block and I have to unblock them before I can update PO's. It's such a waste of time.

Credit Card Maintenance Screen Needs the Recieved Quanity
'Assign Po Detail to Credit Card Detail' screen needs Received Quantity. So the end user can verify the receipt of items.

I'd like the Expense Reimbursement Org Chart to show in Employee Profile>Org Cart.
Right now the only org chart that shows on the employee profile is the time off org chart. We don't use time off in Skyward. It would be more helpful for us if there was a choice on which org charts show on the profile.

Could you add a Post Date to the Journal Entry Screens in Web? All I can find is Create Date, which is insignificant. Thank you.

True Time
I have input a Skyward ticket to see if setting the order of pay codes in the employee's True Time clock view was possible and was told there was not a way to do this and to submit as an idea.
I want to be able to have pay codes listed in a specific order within the True Time time clock view. For some employees with multiple codes, it would decrease errors if we could list the codes in a way that makes sense. I am not a big believer in multiple codes, it increases the risk of error and…

Requesting Time Off for a Specific Fiscal Year/From that Specific Year's Allocations
We would like to suggest that Time Off can be requested for a specified fiscal year. Example: current school year is 2022-2023 and the employee has a scheduled trip during the 2023-2024 (following) school year. We would like the employee to have the option to select the calendar year to submit their request from 'that fiscal year's time off allocations' (not the current year's allocations).

Add "Select All" option when deactivating an employee
When deactivating an employee, I'd like to see a "Select All" option on the screen where you have to select each record you want to deactivate. Now you have to click on each thing (Contracts, Pay Records, Time off set up, Employee Access, Security, Vendor Master, Org Charts). It could mean saving up to 7 clicks when deactivating a person if you had one "Select All" button that would place a check in each field and then deactivate.

Time Off Options
Since I have to do the calculation manually I take the number of days worked divided by the total days available to work that month and multiply the number of leave hours to be awarded for sick leave.
IE 10 days worked/23 days available to be worked that month = .4347826086956522 / 11 sick hours leave available for accrual for an 8 hr employee = 4.78 or rounded to 4.75 Sick Leave Hours for that month.• I know that is a complex calculation as we have paras that only work 7.5 hrs and only earn 10 Sick Leave Hours.

Add Position Control information to data mining fields
Because Position Control information could differ from the Assignment information, we would like to be able to add Position Control fields to either data mining, or run some type of other reporting option, to be able to review and compare the data fields between Position Control and Assignment.
We would need to be able to run this report for both Employee Management and for Salary Negotiations, including vacancies.
