Mass Inactivate Employees Utility (WH\EP\PS\UT\MI)
We move our inactive staff to a building location named "Inactive Employees". It would be helpful to have a feature that would mass change the building locations and check locations.

Ability to place term dates/reasons in Mass Deactivate Option
Since the mass deactivate option was released, it allows a user to mass remove resigning employees from security groups. I'd like to see this have some more options. I'd also like to have the ability to add term dates and term reasons via the mass deactivate feature. This would be of a tremendous help when teachers all have a last day of 8/31, with the reason "resigned." It would allow us to save time as we would not have to touch every employee that has resigned. We could mass deactivate them in Employee Profile.

tweaks to the WRS mid year reporting
It is great that we now have the ability to create a report of enrollments and terms for WRS. We needs some tweaks to enhance the reporting. Due to the timing of when we can report new hires we find that sometimes they have received a paycheck before we get them reported. When that happens the enrolled employee comes over with earnings. Can that report be set to show zero earnings and zero hours?
Secondly, there is no report that prints to show what is in the file that would be sent to WRS.After the export is processed it just…6 votes -
It would be really great if most screens had filters so the user can adjust, organize, hide and resize columns etc to our needs.
It would be a lot more time efficient without having to do all the scrolling to get to a last column when a lot of the middle columns are not needed for each report, etc.

Quick Void - Not show Regular Check in Skyward Web
If we do a quick void on a payroll check, it would be nice that the "regular" check that was voided would not show in Skyward Web for employees to see. I understand showing the Voids, but I think that is more confusing for employees.

Skyward Profile Notes
We've encountered an issue with profile notes (WH\EP\TB\NO). When an HR staff member adds a note to an employee profile, only they can edit the note. If the staff member who entered the note separates from the district, no one can update the note.

I ran a test of this on an employee profile - I entered in notes as the original creator, and then super used in as another user, and was able to modify the notes as the second user.
Could I have you verify that they have the proper security to the notes section? (At least level 3 access for editing?)

We are looking for user reports. We are needing data on requisition, commodity code approvals, etc. for individuals.

Add 1095C to Employee Access
"Crandall ISD has the opportunity to have our 1095-C Forms loaded into our Payroll Portal in Skyward.
We need to know:
Is that an option?
If so is there a charge to load the forms?
What is the correct nomenclature/form type for loading?Our ACA vendor has agreed to either provide the Forms in individual PDF format to be loaded into each employee's portal (or whatever it is called Angela) OR can provide a CSV with all EE data for loading into Skyward to generate the 1095-C Forms.

Add a Filter and/or Quick Filter option to the Pseudo Approval area
Please add the option to create Filters and/or Quick Filters on the Employee Pseudo Approval screen. We sometimes need to search for information among the "completed" records and the only viable option is to drop it to Excel and then search. It would save time and improve efficiencies to have a typical Filter option available. The current Filter Option button just toggles between hiding the completed or waiting for approval records. It doesn't help locate groups of records on this table view.

Fiscal year as default
We do not close our Fiscal year until the budget is approved by our BOE in October. In invoice entry, there is a way to set the Fiscal year you want as a default. In Cash receipt entry there is currently no way to do this. could this be an added field on the Data Retention on Add of Cash Receipts? Since GASB 84 all of our schools enter cash receipts daily for credit card payments received and this is a missed entry often. See the attachment for the screen I would like to see this added to.

Vendor Application System
It would be a HUGE enhancement to have a vendor "application" system that worked the same way as FastTrack. A separate login page for vendors to enter their own information to register/apply with the district as a vendor that allow them to enter information into the fields from the Vendor Profile screens that we prescribe. That application could then be rolled to Vendor Profile, just as employment applications are rolled to Employee Profile. Vendors could have the ability to upload attachments (W-9s, contracts, red light/green light letters, etc.) and district staff could screen and approve the vendors' applications. If follow…

Pennsylvania retirement
Per the instructions for PA retirement processing of demographics, the address needs to be in LINE 3 instead of line 1. It auto-populates into line 1. Since the configuration for the retirement demographics requires line 3, can it be reconfigured so that it populates into line 3 so that every single employee does not need to be adjusted?

Inactive employees in red in all areas like in HR portion of the system
I would like to see inactive employees highlighted in red like in the HR portion of the system. When looking at security or groups it would be very helpful to see a color differential for inactive employees.

Allow default email format to be in upper case
We prefer to have all our HR data in all caps. Under PS\CA\SE\PS\CF\AU\ES, we can set the Default Email Format, but the part before the @ symbol is always lower-case. Please provide the option for the field to be Upper case, or let it use the case of the fields chosen (for example, we choose to use the First.Last in the email address, and even though the First and Last name fields are typed in all upper case, the Default Email Format pulls it in as lower-case).

Merge Duplicate Vendors
It would be helpful if there was a way to merge vendors that are duplicate entries. Over the years we have had duplicate vendors added, i.e., Region 10, Region X, and ESC 10. These separate vendors will always be in the system because they were all used at some point. If we could merge vendor profiles we could greatly reduce our database and make finding the correct vendors a lot easier.

Why, Why, Why is there not a way to save the adjustments that we make
Why, why ,why can we not save the adjustments that we make to get our columns the size and stuff that we want (like the clone option)??!! I make the adjustments to the columns to fit my needs and then as soon as you leave the page they disappear. The idea that I have to redo it EVERYTIME I come back to that page is RIDICULOUS! I know it can happen because I have them saved in some areas (they say "clone). Why not offer that on all the pages that we can already make adjustments...ie the add requisition accounts…

Pay Records Tab
It would be great when viewing Pay Codes in the Pay Records Tab if we could see Start/Stop Dates instead of "Editing" the pay record to view Start/Stop Dates.
