Mass CHANGE Transaction utility needed (HR\TO\UT)
There is currently a utility within time off that you can Mass Add/Delete Time Off transactions. However, there is no Mass CHANGE time off transactions. This would be extremely helpful when dealing with emergency school closures. For example: A number of employees had sick leave approved for January 12. January 12 ended up being a snow day for staff. True Time Totals Report Pay Pay Codes
We have multiple employees who work multiple jobs, each under a different pay code. I would like to be able to pull a report in True Time for total hours worked BY PAY CODE. Right now, when pulling the True Time Report-Employee Summary Report, the report displays all hours worked. In order to pull hours just for para educator work, I have to go in week by week and manually add up the para hours as the report I mentioned above only displays total hours. Auto email with approved PO to link back to the PO.
When a requisition is approved, and the requestor receives the automatic email notifications, is it possible for Skyward to include a link back to the PO in those auto emails? This would make uploading attachments to the PO (receipts, invoices, etc.) a lot more efficient, so if there is a setting that can up changed that will do that, I'd like assistance with that option.

Ability to see job code on pay record view
Our district requires a job code on all pay records. It would we great to be able to see what the job codes are when you are looking at the pay records. You have the ability to show the account distribution, which is great, but if we could also see the job code too would be the BEST. When someone changes jobs our payroll department needs jto go in and update most pay records that don't get changed with the assignment import to match the new job code. Allow Remote Login without System Wide Access
Some district have payroll staff they need to be able to see what an employee sees in Employee Access but are unable to do so unless they are a System Wide User or have System Wide Access to WEB Product Set. They do not need system wide access but need to be able to do this to verify information when troubleshooting an issue. The ability to use Web Login with look up only security would be ideal.

Allow for Data Mining of Profile Notes
Districts use Profile Note for many things based on a category type. It would be helpful if they could Data Mine for that information in Employee Profile by Category and/or Date, Protected or not.

Time Off Liability Report
There is not a report that calculates the financial liability related to accumulated time off balances. If the Employee Data Mining available fields included the accumulated time off hours by code, users could add the appropriate pay code, export to Excel and do a quick calculation of the accrued financial obligation per employee.

Create Pre-note File
Create a setting to allow Direct Deposit to Pre-note in the payroll even if the person is NOT getting paid. A way to have the payroll process pre-note everyone, like the AP side.

Position Filter added to CRDC parameters
Our Employee Management setup uses the assignment of SpEd for both teachers and paraprofessionals, so the CRDC extract pulls in paras as well as teachers. We could prevent this problem by adding Positions to the selections parameters in STAF-1, STAF-2. I could then select the EM Plan, Position "Teacher" Assignment "SpEd" and it would not populate with paras.

Allow certain users full access to budget transfers when "stop if funds not available" is selected
When you set the budget transfer/PO option to "stop if funds not available", we would like to allow the finance director and many members of the finance department to be able to make these transactions without the stop. It would be helpful and time saving if there was a way that we could set that up.

Use assignment start/end dates for absentee reports
When using the assignment calendar for an absentee report, hours are pulled from all assignments the employee has had during the year. Can the assignment start/end dates not be coded in so only the current assignment is used when calculating hours present?

We have had several parents request not to translate the Student's names and Street names on addresses. The translation is being done by the browser.

Would like to be able to MASS allocate SNOW DAY hours for all hourly employees for their contracted day by employee type.

Indicate previously denied CC transactions and decline multiple with same comments
This is a two part/related question related to credit card transaction approvals.
1)We're wondering if there's a way to indicate that a credit card transaction had been previously denied when it comes back for approval. The goal would be that when the approval comes back through, it would somehow show that it had previously been submitted and denied. I don't know if that would mean creating a new option besides app or deny (maybe review or something similar) or maybe some time if asterisk indicator?

Ability to login as applicant
In Employee Administration/Applications screen, it would be helpful to be able to login as an applicant to walk them through the application process. This would allow me to view the actual screen the applicant it on so that I can resolve the issue.
It could be set up similar to the Skyward Access/Employee Access in SMS.
