Merge Duplicate Vendors
It would be helpful if there was a way to merge vendors that are duplicate entries. Over the years we have had duplicate vendors added, i.e., Region 10, Region X, and ESC 10. These separate vendors will always be in the system because they were all used at some point. If we could merge vendor profiles we could greatly reduce our database and make finding the correct vendors a lot easier.

Why, Why, Why is there not a way to save the adjustments that we make
Why, why ,why can we not save the adjustments that we make to get our columns the size and stuff that we want (like the clone option)??!! I make the adjustments to the columns to fit my needs and then as soon as you leave the page they disappear. The idea that I have to redo it EVERYTIME I come back to that page is RIDICULOUS! I know it can happen because I have them saved in some areas (they say "clone). Why not offer that on all the pages that we can already make adjustments...ie the add requisition accounts…

Pay Records Tab
It would be great when viewing Pay Codes in the Pay Records Tab if we could see Start/Stop Dates instead of "Editing" the pay record to view Start/Stop Dates.

Assignment Export/Payroll Import
Update the parameters for Payroll Imports to include "Get hours worked from assignment" (calendar hrs/frequency). Similar to the Retirement Hours Option.

FastTrack Open Position Landing Page
Currently, FastTrack only has two configuration options for viewing current job openings. Option 1 is a posting of all jobs in one continuous feed, and Option 2 is to use the Categorization conjuration allowing applicants to filter by categories created. The FUNCTIONALITY CHANGE would be for the ability to select both options and allow for the applicant to select either of the two options on the landing page under Search Current Job Openings and the two options would be VIEW all Job Openings or Use Categories to filter for Job Openings.

Combine Employee Contact Information
Format employee data so that address and phone/email can be viewed on one "contact information" page. Clicking from one area to the other to get this information is very cumbersome.

On the Employee Profile screen, towards the top of the screen there is a customize button - with this you can choose to have specific employee information pinned onto the screen for easier viewing of the data you wish to see.
I have included an attachment of the button on Employee Profile with the options available to you.

Popup box and lock including the name - showing someone is in the file you are accessing.
Have a popup display when another user is in someone's application or employee profile including who they are locking the file until the person has exited the file. This would be beneficial for both FastTrack and EM.

Years of Experience
We would like to make the years of service automatically update when a person hits their anniversary date. Example: Katie's first day is 7/1/22 we want the system to automatically update me to 1 year on 7/1/23. Or if my first day is 12/15/22 on 12/15/23 we want the system to automatically roll me to 1 year of service. This way we do not have to do the years of service roll every year.

annual allocation description
It would be nice if the annual allocation descriptions could be edited when allocating time off at the beginning of the year. Right now, it reads as "Annual Allocation - supplemental" but it's not supplemental time. I would rather the description say "Annual Allocation"

It would be very nice to be able to add new zip codes in Web under AM>Codes

While zip codes cannot be added through WF/AM, you can add them through Web Financial Management under Vendor > Codes > Zip Codes. This will bring up the zip codes tables where you can freely add. You will need at least level 3 security access for the add button to appear.

Need to Customize Widgets in Employee Access
We have many tasks processes employees need to complete and would like to be able to customize the widgets that are on the Home screen by default in Employee Access when a new employee is added by HR, rather than having to teach them to select other widgets or click on task manager in order to get to the tasks they need to complete.

Multiple building available on profile under personel
On the employee profile it would be a great benefit to security access if there were multiple buildings available. Currently we have one "Other Building". Please add two more. This would allow us to restrict security groups to an employees building(s) without opening and setting their ranges. We have a considerable amount of employees that are assigned to a building but also need access to others. Managing ranges is our only option and presents a security risk.

Make the Font larger for addresses
Please increase the Font on the address for the Food Service Report for Payor Balance Reports. The font is so small and hard to read. I have had several complaints from numerous people including from mail carriers.

Add PO to Invoice Import
The requisition/purchase order function is an important cost/classification control process that is used extensively by many customers. The ability to import invoices, with ties to PO’s seems a natural extension of this process and could save customers many hours of manual input. Most other accounting software systems do this, so we believe this is a reasonable enhancement to request.

Person Count Report by Building-all together
In the Employee Administration, Reports, Person Count Report- I'd like an option to have the report tell me how many of each staff type (teacher/support staff/admin/food service, etc) there are by building without having to run each building separately. Sort by? How many staff, by type, are at each building. (see attached - each building could be displayed like this, one right after the other with a total at the end.) Also, when you run this report for one building, the parameters (building name) are not shown on the report - that would also be helpful to indicate what information…

subtracking
When our Substitutes cover for an Open Position and the Subbed For is left blank, can we have it also be blank in their Employee Access so when they view their Sub Transactions it does not say *INVALID KEY*? It looks so messy and has a negative tone by using the word INVALID. If that could be removed it would look so much cleaner and accurate. Thank you!

add Hospitalized and Homebound fields to datamining
It would be extremely helpful to be able to datamine the homebound and hospitalized radial fields on the Special Prgrms>Hmbnd/Hosp tab. All other fields are available but with these two options missing the data isn't very informative.

'Unselect All' is needed in Clone/Replace Securities utility
When cloning/replacing securities, an 'Unselect All' option is needed in the Budgetary Data Mining area. The default is to have every BDM report selected. Some employees have hundreds of BDM reports, and each one has to be unselected if they aren't wanted to be cloned.

pseudo approval
Create a notification to the approver when an employee requests an address change/direct deposit change or any change that requires a pseudo approval. This way we don't need to go in daily and check pseudo approvals for any new submissions.
