budget requistions
I want to be able to clone the entire prior year budget requisitions at one time. Currently the clone option is only for an individual prior year budget requisition to clone. A mass clone option would be very helpful!

Balance Sheet Detail Report
Currently you can print a report for the balance sheet assets but it does not allow you to include the details of each transaction. I would like to see an option to include the details of each transaction on the report showing what makes up each transaction for CR, AP, PR, and JE's. Not just the summary update total.

Option in LPR to have the system remove Year of Service
Similar to the CRDC, add the option to have the years of service subtract one within the template. We increment at the beginning of the year and always have to back it out. The CRDC has the option to subtract a year or leave as is. It would be nice to not have to manually update the information prior to submission.

Specific pay dates for Extra Curricular Contracts with 2 pays
We have 200+ contracts that pay only 2 or 6 times, on non consecutive pay dates. For example, an athletic season paid in the middle and end of the season. We need an option when entering contracts to specify exact dates for the system to pay the contracts when they are not consecutive pay-dates.

Have the ability to pull time sheet reports on former employees without having to reactivate them
We have had several instances where we've had to pull time sheet reports on former employees. There's no way to include those people without having to reactivate them in profile. I'd like to see in the report ranges a way to request active/inactive or both like most other payroll reports.

Contract Tab, have an option to update the pay record with the new contract paid start/stop dates at the bottom
When updating a contract in the contract tab, there are options at the bottom to "Update Pay Records, Update Inactive Pay Records, Change Pay Record frequency to this frequency if different." There needs to be an option that says "Update pay record with contract start/stop dates." This would help with those that coach especially. The contract is updated, but if the pay record has last year's pay start/stop dates, it does not update. You have to manually put in the new paid start/stop dates.

Online Form - Add view: Not Completed Online Forms (to include In Progress and Not Started)
We use Online Forms to send out contracts and addendums to employees and to collect electronic signatures. Currently, we have 20 Online Forms set up for the different contracts and employee groups. Within the Online Form there are two Views, In Progress Online Forms and Not Started Online Forms, that can be used to email reminders to employees. We would like an additional view added, Not Completed Online Forms, that includes both In Progress and Not Started Online Forms. Create Reoccurring Invoice in WEB
It would be nice if we could create reoccurring invoice template in WEB. Currently we can only create it in PAC but can Generate from Reoccurring in WEB.

PBIS Model
Where would an administrator enter in positive behavior for students. Even though skyward calls the discipline area PBIS, there is technically no area to add positive behaviors anywhere.

FastTrack - Enter or Modify Scores
When a screener selects "Enter or Modify Scores" for an application, the comments and notes cannot be seen by HR Admins. HR Admin can see the question and score, but not the comments/notes. HR Admin should be able to see all data entered by screeners.

Payroll Deposit Statements
Payroll Deposit Statements - Allow the individual PDF Deposit statements to be posted into Employee access for each payroll, similar to W2's. It would be nice for employees to see the time off and YTD totals for each payroll. The current view in employee access both Show Check and Show Check with YTD totals are not as clean as the PAC Payroll: Deposits for each payroll.

Attaching a PO with multiple lines to Credit Card Transactions
When attaching a PO with multiple lines to a credit card transaction, it would be beneficial to have the option to only select from the line(s) you need, vs. having to 'assign all PO lines' and then having to delete the ones you don't need from the Transaction Detail Lines

default all data entry fields to ALL CAPS
Many school districts seem to mandate the use of all CAPS in the software. The suggestion is to default all data entry fields in all parts of the business software to ALL CAPS

Daily Maximums - Time Off in Buildings
We currently have daily maximums for time off set for each building in Aesop, but this is currently not a feature in Employee Access. For example, only four employees can be absent for personal reasons from each building, each day. Right now, supervisors have to monitor this but things do slip through the cracks and it ends up being a bigger issue after the fact.

Electronic Survey for Year End Special Payroll in Employee Access
We would like to provide an electronic delivery option for the year end teacher payroll where teachers have the option to select lump sum or monthly payroll for summer payroll.
Currently we use a form to collect that information and then use that information to create two payrolls (lump or monthly).
We would like a delivery option similar to the W2 option asking employee to choose between paper or electronic delivery. In this case, they would select payroll for lump or monthly and then that collection of data would create two separate payrolls.

EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
When the pre-verifer is selected on the first screen of entry it does not hold. After the expense details are added and saved it either defaults back to no pre-verification is needed or a previously selected pre-verifier. In addition, the optional pre-verifier field should default to no pre-verification needed. If the user had a previously selected pre-verifier it holds that data on their next entry. This is not always going to be that same person so the chance of this getting routed to the wrong person is high.

Swap the position of Hire Date and Birth Date on Employee Profile Screen
Birth Date should follow age on Employee profile screen. I look at age and assume the date following it is birth date. Swap the position of Hire Date and Birth Date.
