Utility to Purge Applicants that have not activity for a set date range
We would like to be able to purge not only old applications but to purge Applicants that have become dormant. A utility to that allow any applicants that has not made any updates for a period of time to be purged. We currently have more than 30k applicants in our database. Trying to maintain this on an individual level does not seem effective.

This is an important task for nonother than freeing up data space. When a position closes all of the applications that have been dormant or never submitted or are labeled incomplete also move to the closed database and take up precious space. Allow the option at the time the position is closed to assign that purge task to those applications that were never submitted or completed.

In the Mass Assign Status Code utility you can can choose to change by "Last Login Date". We would also like to have Skyward make it where once the Status Code is changed to 490 it give the option to purge that applicants other applications automatically. That has already been submitted so please vote for it!
