Column for e-mail address in "My Employees Unsubmitted Time Sheets" screen
Add a column for e-mail to the "My Employees Unsubmitted Time Sheets" screen for TT, so a Supervisor/Approver can e-mail an employee directly from this screen when they have an unsubmitted time sheet. This would make these notifications much quicker and helpful to be able to look back and see who received the reminder(s) when they fail to submit and don't get paid on time.

Add Processing List to Selection Parameters for all PAC payroll mass processes. It would save a considerable amount of time if this option was available for all payroll PAC options, but specifically to adding, deleting, or editing pay records. The processing list option is already available for most areas in Skyward Web, it should be in PAC too.

Auto-generated e-mail to teacher when student punches the tardy kiosk. This would let the teacher know that the student was coming and the teacher could notify the office if the student did not arrive. This would eliminate students punching the kiosk and then not going to class.

Paying an employee without a contract
Would there be a way to have an exception show up when you are paying an employee without a contract? For instance having a teacher contract. The teacher has termed but the factor is not taken out so they are pulled into payroll. Paid an employee 4 extra times before she said anything. I removed it from payroll but forgot to take out the factor. This would help with that problem. Expected outcome would be that the employee with the exception should/would not get a paycheck. Inactive Employee does not display Online Form
When an employee is inactivated you can no longer view completed online forms even when the form is still active. You have to activate the employee to see history on the completed online form.

Add Automated Emails to HR/Finance database
We would really like to be able to use Automated Emails in our HR/Finance database like we do with our Student database. For example we would like to send an automated email when new hires are added and be able to filter on their employee type. It is already in place on the Student side. We are hoping it can be added to the HR/Finance side too. It will increase efficiency by automating notifications.

We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon.
We are having a problem with the Credit Card Vendor Cross Reference and specifically Amazon. Amazon must have changed something because each transaction now has its own version of an Amazon vendor. Last month I had to match-up 40 separate transactions to our Skyward Amazon vendor. My suggestion would be to give users the option to match the first 6 or 8 characters and have the vendor match not have to be an exact match for vendors that they choose.

Changes made to the TRS Staff Salary New Extract
The extract has been changed to only include active employees. However To provide accurate reporting on TEA Staff Salary report. Inactive Profiles need to be added back to the extraction which include the last payroll and term dates. Also it would be better for the extraction to pull from pay history and not just active employees. I am going back checking some things with the new way of reporting it would be nice if the Skyward report had which month the data is extracted from when looking at multiple months. Open Enrollment
Open Enrollment Email Notifications for submissions and approvals
Currently the only email options available in Open Enrollment are for unsubmitted and denials.
Create email notifications to advise the employee when their plans have been successfully submitted. Right now the only indication is the Submit to HR button changes color. We find employees to not see the Status column.
An email should also be generated when their plans have been approved. We get numerous calls from employees asking for their plan status.12 votes -
Account Transaction Ledger
We can run a report to show the transactions on an account but cannot see the other side. We want to be able to track all the transactions against an account - both debits and credits to see both sides of the transactions. For instance we want to see the activity for our discount GL but need to see the other side of that posting. For now we have to drill into each transaction to look for the debit/credit against that transaction - for every transaction.

Column heading updated to Status of Insurance Request
Online open enrollment has 1 important column without a header. It is currently listed as S. It should be spelled out like all the other header columns. Status of Insurance Request. This would eliminate an abundance of phone calls asking what the status is on their enrollment. Yes it common sense to check that column but apparently not to none benefit people.

Ability to import data into Personnel records
We need the ability to import information into the Name table. Currently we have a need to move the phone number from the primary phone field into the second phone field as it is blank for most users. The second phone will be used to call for emergency school closures as the primary phone field contains the school number pulled in state reporting. Currently we use PowerSchool for our Student information. They have the ability using the key field for the table as Entry 1 and then specifying the field where the information is to be placed.

Read Receipts for Message Center
The ability to be able to see read receipts for messages that have been sent out in Educator access plus and under Student Management. This would assist staff in knowing what parents and/or students are reading their messages. This would also assist in documentation when dealing with issues with a student.
