  1. When having a Blanket PO and had 30 invoices to enter it would be nice if there was a way to enter them together on 1 page.

    Please make it available to clone a check request that is in History. This would be helpful for reoccurring monthly bills that need to be paid.

  3. Ded/Ben Set Up = Single

    Having a deduction and benefit code check type be set up as single. Currently having to manually make this edit each payroll. The current choices for set up are regular, wire, hold and blank. We also tried having the set up check type as blank and set the default check type to single on the vendor profile and the check type turned to H (hold). Just hoping to save a step or if it is accidentally forgotten to manually update.

  4. Moving Bank Rec Notes to Page 1

    Move the Bank Reconciliation Notes from last page to first page. I don't know about anyone else but our district uses the Notes to explain manual adjustments.

  5. It would be great if you could print Copy A that is submitted to the IRS for 1099's, if there is an issue efile you can submit via mail

    It would be great if Copy A of 1099s can be printed from skyward. If there is an issue wit e-file with the IRS there is an option to print instead of handwrite all 1099's

    Because Copy A is only valid when printed on specialized paper forms obtained directly through the IRS, it is in the best interest of our users to not offer that particular printing option since submitting the forms on the wrong paper could result in penalties from the IRS.

  6. Invoice approval - payment type

    Would it be possible to add the payment type field to the invoice master field on the invoice approval screen? We use various payment methods - wire, ACH and checks. It would be helpful in our approval process to see that the correct payment method has been selected.

  7. Invoice Entry Enter through all sections

    When going through the data entry in the invoice add screen on web, you can hit "Enter" to go to the next option EXCEPT the "Status" option. Then if you want to continue keying, you have to switch to TAB to the next option. I would just like to continue to "Enter" through all the options for ease of use using the numberpad.

  8. Add "Approve and Re-route" option in invoice approval.

    Our A/P Specialist enters invoices, which then come to me for final approval. I would like to be able to route them to someone else for approval after I verify the accounting code.

    We suggest trying this alternative solution:

    Add everyone who needs to approve certain accounts as level 3 approvers and then send them an email whenever an account is used that one of them needs to approve so they can go look at the invoice.

    We will continue to research the feasibility of adding a more streamlined approve and re-route option to the system. We will keep this Idea open for continued support by the Skyward user community.

  9. Add a "Select All" option to the Invoice Approval screen.

    I sometimes have to approve 50+ invoices, and it's very time consuming to click each and every box.

  10. Re-open Credit Card transaction in batch status

    It would be nice if at the district office level, we could re-open/unlock a credit card transaction that someone has hit the "approved" button on. There are many times when someone makes a mistake and would like to fix, but only one of us in the district offices can do it through PAC on the back end. I would like to be able to open it back up for them to fix on the web side.

  11. Invoice Entry Filter Button

    In the invoice entry screen when you are in the "Add Accounts" pop-up it would be very helpful to have an account filter button. This would allow you to figure out account numbers that you don't know the full string of numbers. For example you know that it is for the high school (location 400) and that it is for volleyball (162121) but you are not sure about the object then it will let you filter the things you do know and help you narrow down to the account you need.   12. Check request notifications

    In the expense reimbursements, there is an option to send a summary email notification for invoices waiting to be generated. This is a great feature but also be VERY beneficial if we could have the same option for check requests. This would then have both programs working the same way, not really an enhancement here but a system function issue. Thanks for considering.

  13. Web Invoice Processing retention field

    Have the ability to retain an account number in the Web invoice entry. PAC would automatically pop up the last used number so if I am entering 20 food service invoices I don't have to re-type the same account number 20 times.

  14. Add Vendor Address information as Option on Check Reconciliation Report

    Check Reconciliation > Reports > Report by Bank has not to sequence by Payee Key. If this option is selection, add additional option to include Payee Address information to the report. This report should drop into Excel with the address information usable on a mail merge. This would allow those who need to follow up on specific checks that have not been cashed to use the file to create mail merge documents to notify the vendors.

  15. Offer Void Process in Middle of A Check Run WF\AP\PP\CR\CR

    If you are doing a multiple check check run (20 checks as an example) & the last 3 (or any) jam or print wrong, you should have an option within the process to pick checks that need to be voided & reprinted with new check #'s. Not having to finalize the check run & then going to Quick Void.

  17. Attachments Added to Receiving should follow into AP and show attached to invoice as well

    If an invoice is attached in the Receiving Record, then once you update Pending Receiving in Accounts Payable then the attachment should follow. This way you can see the attachment if you are looking at the invoices or the PO. Right now it's just seen as an attachment to the PO. If you attach the invoice into Invoice Entry and not Receiving then you only see the attachment when looking at the invoices and it's not attached to the PO. We need it seen in both places.

  18. Mass Change Bank Code

    We would like to have the ability to change the bank code for batch status invoices. Each time we run our payroll, it creates over 20 invoices with specific batch numbers. I have to manually go into each invoice and change the bank code to the correct bank. If we could mass change the bank code based upon both a batch number and the invoice date(s), it would free up a lot of time in our department.

  19. Bank Code Printing on Checks

    It would be helpful to have the Bank Code print on the check and when looking at the Check History. If someone has made an error, you don't see the bank code on the check so you have to look it up in the check history and open each check to view which bank code was used. This would help in bank reconciling and check look up/sort/search.
