Remove Batch lock feature
What is the purpose of the "Batch lock"? Several of the secretaries gets block and I have to unblock them before I can update PO's. It's such a waste of time.

The purpose of the batch lock is to protect a requisition or WIP if a user is kicked out of the software/incorrectly exits the software. This prevents other users from making any undesired changes other than the original user until it is either edited or unlocked.
One of the ways a user can typically unlock their own, is to click "edit" with the requisition/invoice/etc... and then clicking Save and it will unlock the process.
