  1. Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation Format

    Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation format. This would allow customer to review to determine if there is possibly a fraudulent check on the file produced by the bank. This field should show as well as the Payor currently in Skyward to confirm that they are the same before continuing with the import.

  2. Ability to make the Time Sheet Approve/Deny notes field required

    When a supervisor is approving Time Sheets, we would like the ability to make the Notes field for approval or denial reasons required. This would be a toggle for the district to choose if they require the supervisor to enter some sort of note or not.

  3. Add Commodity Code as Budgetary Data Mining field.

    Add COMMODITY CODE field to Budgetary Data Mining.

    More and more districts are using Commodity Codes but there is only 1 report that includes Commodity Codes but it does not include account distribution information.

    Add Commodity Code so that users can include on their BDM reports.

  4. Time Off Attendance Report for Date Range Defined.

    Add an "Attendance" Report to Time Off. In this report it would have a designated date range, and the district must choose the Time Off codes to be included with calculating the attendance.

    The goal would be to find all employees how had NO USED DAYS for the codes selected during the date range. If they have not used a day then they were in attendance.

  5. Online Forms - setting option for Skyward notification to form author that due date is coming up

    We would like to have the option within the Online Forms Master to display a reminder to the author/creator of the form, that the 'Form Must Be Completed By' date is upcoming. Ideally this reminder would show when the author/creator logs into Skyward and the current days date is either 48 or 72 hours out from the Form completion date.

    Org Chart Supervisors by Pay Code:

    Employee Replace/Clone does not include Employee Data Mining reports to be cloned to another user, but it does include Budgetary Data Mining.

  8. Longer Org Chart list of supervisors

    Our employees have multiple paycodes which are approved by multiple supervisors. We'd love to be able to see more than just a list of 3 supervisors when we look at an employees org chart tab, to ensure we have them set up properly

  9. Cascading groups by employee type

    Cascading groups would solve a lot of problems for us if we could have a selection parameters filer to select by employee type. Our benefits are different for Admin, Teachers and Classified. But they all share similarities. Some have PTO, SICK and VAC. Some have PTO and SICK and others have PER, SICK and some even PER, SICK and VAC. There is no way to distinguish and that makes the module useless to us.

  12. REPORT COMMODITY CODE SORTED BY CONTRACT OR CONTRACT SORTED BY COMMODITY CODE.

    We need a report that shows Commodity Codes sorted by Contract or vise-versa. When you print a Commodity Code report, you have to individually subtract the ones used on Contract that need deleted from the total in order to see where you are at on your usage.

    You are able to delete the commodity codes through Web Financial Management > Purchasing > Product Setup > Codes > Commodity Codes.

    These codes cannot be tied to an active requisition when being deleted.

    If you are unable to delete these codes or the "Delete" button does not appear, you will likely need to look at security access.  At least level 3 security access is required to be able to edit or delete.  If you do need help assigning the correct security access, a service call to our customer success team would be a great place to start.

  14. Report for WRS terms and enrollments is needed

    Please create a report that would meet WRS specs for the massive amounts of mid year terms and enrollments. We can data mine the information needed however, the set up and format they require is something that has to be designed by our software provider to meet the requirements that WRS has.
    We have to get special login credentials from WRS to upload the report however it needs to meet their very specific format and ability to save it in a .txt format.

  15. Need a way to reduce the number of Fiscal Years shown in Chart of Accounts and other areas of FM

    Right now, our Skyward's FM shows 18 Fiscal Years when you click on Chart of Accounts. We did not even get Skyward FM until the 2012-2013 FY, so 2007-2008 until 2011-2012 are completely devoid of data. How can we reduce the number of FY's showing in our Chart of Accounts and in other areas of FM? See attached screen shot. Going to get more ridiculous as the years go on.   17. Expense Reimbursement

    One improvement we see is if Skyward would tie this in Time Off transaction(s) and let us choose an existing time off request as one of the steps so we aren't having to duplicate some of the info and attachments. Adding this step may help in the decision to use the process.

  18. Have a report that would gateher the information for new employees to upload to WRS. this would be able to be used for terminations also.

    A report needs to be created that will gather the information necessary to upload to WRS/ETF. This report must follow appendix a. The report could be used to upload new employees and also send terminations.

  19. transfer purchase order to new

    Bookkeepers sometimes change from one school/facility to another during the school year. A purchase order created by a bookkeeper in August, might be received by a new bookkeeper who now occupies that position in September. When the new bookkeeper receives the PO, the old bookkeeper gets the receiving email notification, which the old bookkeeper does not need. In HR there is the clone/replace utility. That utility needs an option to updated the "Entered by" field on purchase orders to the new bookkeeper.   20. Receiving Notification to A/P

    Requesting that an email notification be setup in Purchasing that will send a notification to Accounts Payable (email would be customizable) when items have been received. At this time the only notification goes to the Requestor IF the district is using centralized receiving so that Requestor knows the items have been received.

    The email should include a list of all the items that were received on the PO for that specific Receiving record.
