Residency discrepancy pop-up needed when adding new student
Currently users receive a pop-up when adding or changing a student's entry withdrawal record indicating the students residency is set to Yes in their profile but the resident district in their entry/withdraw record is not the same as configured district code.
This popup does not show up when adding a student for the first time. The default is "Yes" but regardless of district entered in entry screen, no warning is received.

This is definately an issue for districts that are school of choice and have pre-school programs, special ed programs where kids can come in from other districts. If you do not go into the Profile screen once your online application is approved and brought in, this residency discrepency is never caught until count.
